Heron Bank – terrace of eco homes
We are now welcoming applications from people who are interested in buying one of the 3-bedroom houses at the edge of the main site - Heron Bank : numbers 30-35 on the site plan. They will be built to the same design and passivhaus standard as the other downstairs living 3-bedroom homes in the project. However, each has a private garden and parking space.
To apply for these houses applicants would need to complete an application form and provide a 5% returnable reservation fee. They would then be asked for a 25% deposit upon exchange of contract.
