- Washing lines
- Chickens
- Allotments
- Boat / canoes
- Play area
Site:
- Any cars will be kept to the edge of the site
- The site layout will be designed to facilitate socialisation whilst allowing some privacy
- Most dwellings will have some private outdoor space but communal gardens will predominate
