Our goal is to secure an 'option' with a landowner by Easter 2008 to purchase and develop a site. We are currently in negotiation with the owners of three suitable sites, all within walking distance of Lancaster City Centre.

Planning and construction is likely to take at least 18 months, so we hope to be moving in before the end of 2009.

The full members (about 24 households) are meeting monthly for General Meetings. The five members of the project development team (some of whom are working up to 2 days/week on the project) meet weekly.
